The apartment Carpici, is a spacious well appointed 3 bed, 3 bathroom, duplex, with a shared pool that can sleep 6 in comfort. The apartment has undergone a major refurbishment this year, with a new high end specification for the complete upstairs, including new kitchen,living, dinning areas, bedroom and bathroom. Down stairs, the master suite with kingsize bed leads directly out to a large shared infinity pool, with your own pool side settee on the bedroom patio. Great for lazy afternoons or evenings. The apartment has real wow factor when you walk through the front door & absorb the views out across Kas, the harbour, the peninsula, the marina and out to the Greek island of Kastellorizo (Meis). Upstairs there are two balconies. The main balcony opens out from the living area and is a great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner, with Kas laid out before you. The night time views are magical and if a quiet space is needed, the upstairs bedroom balcony has a swing egg chair to chill out on and enjoy the view.
The apartment faces due west and enjoys wonderful sunsets all year round. Furnished in a modern style, the emphasis is on quality & comfort. It has a fully equipped kitchen, if you fancy a night off from the wonderful restaurants Kas has to offer.
The lounge has 2 large sofas, where you can enjoy the view, or chill out with the wall mounted 40” LED smart TV with Netflix and Amazon.
We have our own unlimited Wi Fi, with good reception. There is a blue tooth speaker and a cupboard full of board games for the whole family. If you run out of reading material, we have a book swap shelf.
We have set out to provide quality furnishings, beds, and pillows, to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our beds have high quality, firm mattresses. A good nights sleep is important to us.
Located in a small select development, 10 minutes walk to the town centre, restaurants, and harbour, the apartment is up above the noise and commotion of the town yet close enough to watch & hear the fishing boats entering & leaving the harbour.
Absorb the daily life of Kas below you from your seat on the poolside as the paragliders soar past on their way to landing on the quay side, or enjoy a pre-dinner drink on your balcony as the sun sets over the peninsula.

The apartment is one of 9 apartments in 3 blocks that share the pool. Four apartments are private, only five are rented, the large poolside, does not get crowded even in summer as each apartment has its own balconies and private patios. You may have days with the poolside to yourself. You can book a welcome pack of groceries for when you arrive, this can include beers and a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge.
Cot and High chairs are available to rent. Airport transfers can be arranged through our agent in Kas, who will be available to provide advice and assistance throughout your stay.

Summary: 3 double bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms sharing an infinity pool overlooking Kas. Absolutely stunning views from all rooms. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could wish for. Everything was in top condition. All beds extremely comfy and air conditioning in all rooms. Plenty towels and pool towels available. TV and Cd player available and BBQ on the balcony. Pool area was very quiet with plenty comfy sunloungers. There was a large water cooler in the kitchen and replacement bottles easily available. . The road down into Kas is steep but it only takes 10 mins. You might want to get a taxi back up the hill but they are cheap and easy to find. We will definitely be back. Summary: We had a wonderful 2 1/2 week stay here. The apartment, pool, and view were absolutely amazing. The photos and description are very accurate. The apartment is spacious, very clean, andq has everything you need. The property manager responded quickly when needed. Don’t be discouraged by the walk up from town. The view is worth every step. I would recommend renting a car for a few days to explore some of the amazing sites and beaches nearby, otherwise you shouldn’t need one. We fell in love with Kas and will forever miss that view.

Summary: Like home from home. This appartment has everything you need. Just a short down hill stroll into town, but would strongly recommend a taxi back as it only costs about £3 and well worh the cost rather than trying to walk back up the hill.

Summary: We had a great holiday in Ian's stunning Apartment, the view over the town and harbour are magnificent, Hilary and Omer from Alba Properties were very helpful and readily available for information. Check-in and Check-out were simple and flawless and even though most of the other villas on site were full there was always times to have the pool to ourselves also. All in all a great, comfortable, spotless and well equiped rental, thanks Ian.

Summary: This home is situated midway up the hill with an impressive climb from town. The view is breathtaking. The home is beautifully equipped, nicely furnished and the space allows a family to spread out. Ian ( the owner) was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The manager was either having a bad day or needs to polish up on his hospitality. I considered the possibility that I might be feeling a little sensitive from the long trip, but my hubby confirmed that our communications left us feeling like a pain and so we left the fun questions to the super friendly neighbors and locals, and improvised on the broken chair. Overall it was a great stay and we would do it again. Might bring Omar some cookies to sweeten him up;)

Summary: We have been to Kas several times over the last ten years, but the views from this duplex apartment were breathtaking! Although the pool is shared, very often we had it to ourselves most of the time. Lots of comfortable pool loungers and umbrellas. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and has everything you could need. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Summary: This was our second visit to this property. We have never before returned to a place before but not only is Kas fabulous but this apartment is as good as you get for the price bracket. It is spacious, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, has a great pool and has the most amazing view. The owner is very helpful and the management within the resort is excellent too. I can thoroughly recommend a visit.

Summary: Fantastic apartment. 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (although we ended up using only one). The apartment leads onto the swimming pool which was great for us as we had 3 kids. The pool is shared with other apartments but weirdly you are never all using it at the same time. We often had the pool to ourselves for the day! Kas is a gorgeous town.... loads to do and see. We loved the fact that it wasn’t too English.... most people speak some English though so you can get by! The hill leading into the main centre is steep but taxis only cost 20-25 lira for the 5 of us so depending on how tired we were we would walk or cab it back to the apartment. Ian was very communicative in the lead up to booking the apartment and Omar helped with any problems when out there. All in all a fantastic apartment and a fantastic location! We will be back!
